    Tips to reduce stress



    Hi All,
    Thought of sharing some effective tips to reduce stress here.
    Engage in daily physical activity, do mild exercises and practice yoga. Talk with your friends and family and share your problems. Eat a balanced diet plan and take multivitamin regularly if you don't eat well. Increase water intake. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and other stimulants.

    Hi Erroll,

    Some really good tips on reducing stress - starting with talking to friends and family, and daily activity.

    I have seen different recommendations from different physicians on whether or not PC patients should take a daily multivitamin. I've seen recommendation for it, against it, and one expert who takes a children's multivitamin because he believes some of the ingredients in a multivit are at too high of a dose. Kind of interesting.

    Thanks for posting. Are these tips that you use for yourself?

    I am agree, our social life and relationships are very much important to reduce stress and depression.

    Hi Erroll,
    Effective tips to reduce stress and like to add we must exercise regularly to sooth stress. Yoga is also effective in reducing stress so practice yoga daily. Have enough sleep of 7/8 hours in a day.

    Efficient tips peace and like to add we must regular exercise to relax pressure. Yoga exercise is also efficient at decreasing pressure so exercise yoga everyday. Have enough sleep of 7/8 hours in a day.

    Do take strong breathing slowly in fresh air, Take multi-vitamin consistently, Discuss your problems with your family, Avoid alcohol, caffeinated drinks and other stimulating elements....
