PC first detected in 4th stage with Gleason score 4+3 in Dec 2004. Orchiectomy performed immdtly in Jan 2005, hormone treatment worked till 2009 when PSA rose to 25. Had IGRT in Mar-may 2010. No treatment thereafter till 5 months back when PSA rose to 45. resumed Hormone treatment. Didn't work. PSA rose over 100. Was put on ketoconazole foe 15 days , didn't work. PSA rose to 150. Pelvic Lymph node metatasis in 3 nodes, one as high as 24x18. Present PSA is 120. Please guide.
